Hotel Information
-
We still have space for the conference, but our block of hotel rooms at Baha Mar is sold out. There's a great Margaritaville Resort about 10 minutes away, and it's much less expensive. We will provide transportation for anyone attending our conference, leaving Margaritaville at 7:00 each morning and returning about 11:45 after the conference is finished. This will give you enough time to eat the provided breakfast at Baha Mar each morning before the conference.
- If you are going to stay at Margaritaville, please email info@CMEvacations.com so we can make sure you are included in the group needing transportation.
-
Baha Mar still has some rooms available, but rates have gone up considerably. Reservations can be made through hotels.com or hyatt.com.
