Group rate hotel rooms are available for up to 3 days before and after the conference.  Please book room by October 5, 2025 to obtain discounted rate.  Please book early to ensure availability - the discounted rooms tend to sell out.   

ALL-Inclusive

The Iberostar All – Inclusive Hotels include hotel room, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, beverages, ALCOHOL, pool snacks, ice cream, churros, pool bar, mini bar in hotel room, fitness center, most fitness classes, all day Kid's Camp, nightly show, other activities.

Not included: Souvenirs, clothing, pharmaceuticals, spa, massages, golf, and babysitting (for children under 4 and outside Kid's Camp hours).  Although tips and fees are included, the service providers are appreciative of extra tips for fabulous service, but it is not required.

* Rooms must be booked for a minimum of 3 nights (hotel policy)
* To book your room, after selecting the Reservations link, you will want to select the "Book" Tab
* Please make sure that you select the correct hotel from the drop-down menu for your desired accommodation (hotel details and recommendations below)
* Please note that when you receive the room rate it will be the TOTAL for your stay -- that is NOT the daily rate -- that is the TOTAL cost for ALL days you have reserved
* The Check In Date defaults to 02/11/2025.  Make sure to change the check-in to the appropriate date - 04/11/2025 (November 4, 2025 - reservation dates are listed as Day/Month/Year).  You can make your reservation for 3 or 4 nights.  Although we are allowed group rates 3 days prior and post - sometimes it doesn't work on their system and it will state "Hotel not available".   Do not fret, they should have rooms, but it may require an email request.  (they are in the process of updating their systems - but that can take awhile).  Simply book the room for the nights that are available (probably 05/11/2025 - 08/11/2025) and send an email to groupreservations.mx@iberostar.com requesting the additional nights to be added to your reservation.  Feel free to copy ozlem@cmevacations.com on the additional room request.

Coral Level has access to both Selection Cancun and Coral Level but Selection Cancun guests do not have access to Coral Level.

* SPECIAL NOTE for group meetings, if paperwork is completed appropriately UPON CHECKING IN to the hotel, then Mexico allows the VAT tax (16%) to be removed for the days of the conference and one day before and one day after.  Upon arrival at the Cancun airport, make sure that the immigration officer stamps your passport.   To receive this VAT Tax exemption benefit, when you are checking in the hotel staff will need to make a copy of your passport as well as the official stamp placed by the immigration officials.  Children are excluded from this benefit - the VAT tax will be included in their fees.
