CME Vacations Cancellation, Refund, and Credit Policy

At CME Vacations, we understand that schedules change. We strive to provide a fair and flexible cancellation policy while maintaining the integrity of our educational programs and administrative processes.

Cancellations and conference schedule modifications must be requested via email, please email info@cmevacations.com

Refunds

• Cancellations requested within seven (7) days of purchase are eligible for a refund of 95% of the purchase price. The 5% administrative fee helps offset payment processing, registration, and administrative costs.

• After seven (7) days from the date of purchase, cash refunds are not available.

Future Credit

• Cancellations made after seven (7) days from the date of purchase are eligible for a CME Vacations credit equal to 100% of the amount paid.

• CME Vacations credits do not expire and may be applied toward future CME Vacations courses, conferences, webinars, and other eligible educational activities.

Repeated Cancellations

• CME Vacations reserves the right to issue future cancellations as CME Vacations credit rather than a cash refund when a pattern of repeated registrations and cancellations is observed.

Digital Content and Online Courses

• Certain online courses, recordings, downloadable materials, and other digital content may be made available immediately upon purchase.

• By requesting or receiving immediate access to digital content, the purchaser acknowledges that applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights may be limited or waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.

• Once digital content has been accessed, CME Vacations may, at its discretion and where permitted by law, provide credit in lieu of a cash refund.

Live Conferences and Scheduled Educational Activities

• Conferences, webinars, livestreams, and other educational activities scheduled for a specific date may be subject to separate cancellation terms where permitted by applicable law.

Consumer Rights

• Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

• Where applicable law provides greater cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer protection rights, those rights shall govern.
