Cancellation/Refund Policies

For our conferences, you must register for the conference, make reservations for the hotel, and complete necessary travel arrangements. Hotels, airlines and cruises have their own cancellation and refund policies.  Please contact those providers individually to understand their policies.

CME Live Conference Cancellation Policy:

Within 7 days of the purchase date your choice of the following:

• Full credit towards another conference or
• Refund minus 5% processing fee on total purchase

After 7 days from the purchase date, your choice of the following:

• Full credit towards another conference or
• You can utilize the online content

Online Course Cancellation Policy:

If you have completed less than 50% of the course and have not received a CME certificate:

• Refund minus 5% processing fee on total purchase
• Full credit towards another course or conference
