The Iberostar All – Inclusive Hotels include hotel room, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, beverages, ALCOHOL, pool snacks, ice cream, churros, pool bar, mini bar in hotel room, fitness center, most fitness classes, all day Kid's Camp, nightly show, other activities.

Not included: Souvenirs, clothing, pharmaceuticals, spa, massages, golf, and babysitting (for children under 4 and outside Kid's Camp hours).  Although tips and fees are included, the service providers are appreciative of extra tips for fabulous service, but it is not required.

PLEASE READ the details below before booking your room as this hotel complex can be a bit confusing -- but more than worth the confusion.  It's truly an incredible place with fabulous negotiated rates.

SPECIAL NOTE for group meetings, Mexico allows the VAT tax (16%) to be removed for the days of the conference and one day before and one day after.  Upon arrival at the Cancun airport, make sure that the immigration officer stamps your passport.   To receive this VAT Tax exemption benefit, when you are checking in the hotel staff will need to make a copy of your passport as well as the official stamp placed by the immigration officials.  Children are excluded from this benefit - the VAT tax will be included in their fees.  

Also note that except for the Two Bed Family Option, the maximum allowed in a regular room is 4. (hotel rules)
