The Iberostar All‑Inclusive Hotels include hotel room, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, beverages, alcohol, pool snacks, ice cream, churros, pool bar, mini bar in room, fitness center, most fitness classes, all day Kid's Camp, nightly show, and other activities.
Not included: Souvenirs, clothing, pharmaceuticals, spa, massages, golf, and babysitting (for children under 4 and outside Kid's Camp hours). Although tips and fees are included, service providers appreciate extra tips for fabulous service (not required).

The highest category (JOIA Paraiso) has access to everything; Maya Suites and Lindo everything but JOIA Paraiso; Beach has access to everything but JOIA Paraiso, Maya, and Lindo.

SPECIAL NOTE: For group meetings, Mexico allows the VAT tax (16%) to be removed for the days of the conference and one day before and after. Upon arrival at Cancun airport, make sure the immigration officer stamps your passport. To receive this benefit, at check‑in the hotel staff will need a copy of your passport and the official stamp. Children are excluded from this benefit — VAT tax is included in their fees.
Also note: except for the Two Bed Family Option, the maximum allowed in a regular room is 4 (hotel rules).
